The General Manager will be involved with all aspects of running the restaurant from financials to training and operations. We are seeking a professional GM with rich experience working as a GM and within the restaurant and food industry.

You will challenge, and support your Management team, and drive them on and deliver the company brand standards.

Your duties include:

  • Rota management

  • Recruitment, staff management and training

  • Ensuring the facility is maintained to high standards

  • Managing and overseeing the restaurant activity involving sales, marketing and promotion.

  • Actively advertising, promoting, canvassing and aiming to attract new customers.

  • Submitting monthly sales plans within budgets and deadlines.

  • Good understanding of profit and loss

  • Weekly banking and EOD report

  • Strong business and sales management and driving sales at a high

  • Creating a solid team culture and a positive environment to work

  • Must be computer literate working with Microsoft office

  • Reporting to HQ and meeting your restaurant targets

  • Daily operations, stock management, controlling expenditures and revenue.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong General Management experience (3 Years)

  • Energetic and engaging personality.

  • You must be great with your guests and can deliver results through your team

  • High Volume site experience

  • Strong personality & floor presence

  • Strong Financial accountability, with a proven track record of delivering results



  • Ability to work your way up within the company as Area Manager as we have large growth expansion plans
